Shipping policy

Every item is handmade and I work as quickly as possible to get your order to you. Please, keep in mind that we are a small operation and some items may take longer then others. 

• Please, allow up to 5 business days to process your order. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a email notification with tracking information.
• We use First-Class Mail through USPS, and their shipping times average 2-5 business days according to their policies and depending on where you live. Please allow additional time during seasonal peaks such as holidays.
• Sew Bueno Company is not responsible for lost or stolen in transit items. Of course, if your item is lost or stolen, please reach out and I'll do my best to make it right.
• All contiguous U.S. orders $100 or more will automatically receive free shipping at checkout.
