Refund policy

All our products are handmade and each item is unique to itself. We strive to make products that will hold up to everyday use and that will keep you a life long customer.

We do offer U.S. returns and Exchanges. Please, see our policy below

• To start a return or exchange, contact us via our online form, under the "Contact Us" tab or email us directly at sewbuenoco@gmail.com 
• If an item is defective upon receipt, I will arrange an exchange or refund and pay for the additional shipping.
  
• If an item just wasn't quite to your liking, I'll accept returns within 14 days of the ordered date but you will be responsible for all shipping cost.
• If the return product is sent back to us in a used condition with any wear, odor or blemish,  we will not be able to accept the exchange/return, and you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return it to you. 
• All orders placed during a sale are final and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange. 
• All custom orders are final and are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange. 
• If you need to make any changes to your order please, contact us right away by emailing us at : Sewbuenoco@gmail.com
• International orders: At this time we are unable to provide a prepaid return shipping label for international orders. Because of this all international orders are final.
